Guerilla Usability Testing

How does a team build a culture of user engagement and quickly test designs?  Guerilla Usability is a lightweight framework that has emerged from the work of Steve Krug and others, that combines simple technology, rough prototypes (i.e. interface sketches on index cards), small user sample groups, and regular practice to keep projects focused on user needs.  I propose we gather to share ideas from our own experiences, and explore what possibilities exist to build a community of usability practice here at Yale.
